Use of Service
Filespace provides a file collection and management platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use the service to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Filespace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Filespace. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Filespace, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
